''The Practitioner" publishes opinions of dietelic experts advocating that man should return to food similar to that of the uncivilised age.
Palate-tickling, it is stated, is generally harmful. Preservatives are condemned. Tinned foods, however carefully prepared, involve vitamin destruction. Wholemeal bread, fresh fruit. vepetables, eggs, butter, milk and cheese are recommended; while brain, kidney, heart and liver are preferable to joints anrl steaks.
