The disposal of Household Furniture calls for thought as to how to get the best results. Consult the leading auctioneer who alone is qualified to give you that advice, who is himself an expert in his own particular line , and one who has the confidence of the "buying public, who will identify his interests with your own, conscientiously advising you so that the highest market values may be obtained. Many of my clients prefer to sell outright for a lump sum. In these cases I arrange inspection and valuation without charge. In the event of my offer being accepted I will pay you a deposit right away, and arrange the date of delivery to suit your convenience. No charge for cartage. When a home is completely furnished and everything to be sold, I generally recommend that an auction sale be held at the house. I have a large clientele and am always assured of keen competition and satisfactory prices. I personally conduct the sale, and my knowledge and advice as to values is accepted by the buying public. Where only a portion of the furniture is to be sold, I recommend that it be sent to my Sale Rooms.
