Muscari Is a half-brother to Raceful. which was third in the Christmas Handicap. King Lu. who won a double at the Hamilton meeting recently, ran well for live furlongs In the Great Northern Foal Stakes yesterday, and he should be hard to dispose or In shorter two-year-old events before long. Pelham ran well for seven furlongs in the Queen's Plate at Ellerslle yesterday, eventually finishing third. He was In the lead when the field had traversed a little over a rurlong. and held that position until well into the straight. The race should do him good. Degage again showed what a good filly she Is when she won the Queen's Plate at Ellerslle yesterday.
