The Albanian representative, insisting I that Serbians are supporting the insur--1 gents, informed the League of Nations ( that Albanians captured three rebels , bearing the army's identification discs, , also some Serbian artillery. Greece has proclaimed neutrality in the Albanian dispute. A message from Belgrade says that the Albanian allegations that Yugoslavian troops are participating in the Albanian rising are semi-officially denied. The newspapers suggest that the Albanian Note to the League of Nations is supported by Soviet Russia, whose olily representative in the Balkans is in Albania, an who is alleged to be taking advantage of the present situation to prevent re-establishment of peace in the Balkans. The London newspapers state that a column of Albanian insurgents entered Tirana last evening. Scutari also has fallen after an halfhour's battle in which the rebels, commanded by the ex-Premier Ahmed Begzogu, beat Fannol troops. A message from Ixmdon says that reports regarding the fighting in Albania are conflicting. Britain is doing her best to localise the trouble by advice to the parties concerned.
