NOTORIONS SPOT FRUSTRATES THEFT. For once in a while the muchexecrated Rangiriri .Hills are being blessed by a motor car firm. On Monday Messrs. Skeatcs and White lost a six-cylinder Oldsmobile, which had been left standing outside a Princes Street placo of business and was appropriated by some unknown poison. To-day Messrs. Skeates and White got a telegram from a Public Works official saying that tlieir car had been abandoned on the Rangiriri Hills, nnd that it was apparently uninjured. The firm sent a man up to-day to bring the tr.uant home;
