CASE ADJOmtNED SINE DIE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The case of Howard Ell"ott against the "New Zealand Worker," a claim for £100 for alleged defamatory statements, has been adjourned sine die, owing to counsel for plaintiff being unable to attend for family reasons.
