MOUNT EDEN DRAINAGE.
LOAN OP £100,000. POLL TO-MORROW. The ratepayers of Mt. Eden will be given the opportunity to-morrow of authorising the raising of a loan of ..100,000 by the Mt. Eden Borough Council. The object of the loan is to carry out a drainage scheme in what is known as the southern zone of the borough, from Balmoral Road to Boundary Road, an area that was now subdivided and freely built upon, but which requre both surface an-house drainage. The usual polling booths in the boroup„ are provided, and ratepayers may record their votes between 9 "a.m. and 0 p.m.
