'< Frederick Fanning, a well-known land aent, who was recently admitted to probation for two years on a charge of fraudulently converting trust moneys to his own use was sentenced this morning to two months' imprisonment for breach of his probat'on order. The proi bation officer said drink seemed to be I the canse of the trouble. Fanning had lost two good positions through bis j indulgence in liquor. He had .ignored ! all warnings to abstain.
