No word has yet been received by the New Zealand Shipping Company from the Ham steamer Trellssick, en route from I Montreal with general cargo for discharge | at Auckland, Wellington. Lyttelton, Timarii, Dunedin, and Adelaide. She cleared Montreal on August 27, and according to her schedule was due at this port yesterday. MESS.TABLE GOSSIP. The Shaw, Savill Co.. advise that the Atbenic sailed from Southampton on the afternoon of Thursday last for Auckland, where she is due on November 23. She is bringing passengers, and will land the balance of her cargo at Lyttelton. MAUXGAXUI FROM SAX FRANCISCO. The R.M.s. Maunganui, which sailed from San Francisco on October 8 was expected to arrive at Papeete on Saturday, and is due to arrive at Raratonga to-day. The vessel will arrive at Wellington on Monday of next week, and will continue on her voyage to Sydney the following day. GLENTWORTH IN PORT. An arrival in port yesterday afternoon was the Dalgloish Steam Shippins Company's : I steamer Glentworth from Sicily, via Ausi ' tralia and Lyttelton, with a part cargo of sulphur. Russell and Somers advise that she ' will probably get away from Auckland about ' uooa on Friday. RICHARDSON LINE'S PURCHASE. The steamer Sunnyhlll. recently purchased by Messrs. Richardson and Co.. of Napier for the East Coast trade, is a steel silicic screw vessel of the well deck type, and is of 700 tons gross and 303 tons net. She is a comparatively new steamer, having been built in 1022 by H. V. Srheep, of Vlnarigcn. Holland, aud named the Maja. The following proposed sailings of Swayne and Hoyt Line steamers from San Francisco are announced by local . agents, Messrs. Henderson and MacFarlanc:— The Las Vegas is to sail on November 5 for Auckland (December 1), Wellington, Dunedin, Melbourne and Sydney. The West Nilus Is to clear on December 3 for Auckland (December 29), Wellington, Melbourne and Sydney. The Hollywood will be the last sailing this year, being scheduled to leave on December 31 for Auckland (January 26), Lyttelton, Dunedin, Melbourne and Sydney. The TVest Cahokia und the West Islip are to sail on January 2S, and February 25 respectively with cargo for New Zealand ports (Including Auckland) and Australia. All these steamers are to proceed from Australia to Java, taking cargo for Sourabaya, Samarang, and Batavia. TRANS-PACIFIC CARGO SERVICE. The Union Company announce the following movements of vessels engaged in their trans-Pacific cargo service: — The Hauraki is expected to leave Vancouver this week for San Francisco to complete loading for Auckland, Wellington, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, and Sydney. The Waltotapu, from Pacific Coast ports. Is due at Auckland on October. 27, and proceeds thence to Lyttelton, Melbourne, and Sydney. Tha Wairuna. from racific Coast ports, via Auckland, Wellington, and Melbourne, wan due at Sydney on Saturday, she proceeds tttence to Newcastle. She will load a cargo of augar at Queensland ports late in' October, nnd early in November for Vancouver. During December the Wairuna loads at Vancouver and San Francisco for Wellington, Melbourne, and Sydney.
