WHAT A SEARCH REVEALED. MAX ARRESTED AND REMANDED. During the latit few days Detectives .Uciiugli and iiarling have been uusy investigating a case of alleged cargo pillaging from, the Auckland wharves. Uii fciaiurday night they visited and searched the dwelling of a watcrsider, and as a result found a large quantity of goods, ranging from ladies' and children's underclothing to tins of fruit, and including paient medicines and foods, chocolates, crockery, tallow, gas mantles, and patent leather.
