An espected arrival at Auckland within the next few days is the llain Line steamer Trelisslck with general cargo from Momreal (August 27) and New York (September 10) to the agency of the New Zealand Shipping Company. At time of going to press no wireless had bee.n received from the vessel, although, accords ing to her schedule, she is due to-day. Hence she proceeds to Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru, Dunedin and Adelaide. PORT CAROLINE LOADING. To continue loading for Home, the Commonwealth and Dominion Line steamer Port Caroline arrived in port from Lyttelton yesterday afternoon and berthed at the eastern side of the Queen's wharf. She leaves here to-morrow evening for Wellington to fill up. and ie to sail finally from the capital port on October 30 for Londop, via Montevideo. The Farmers' Co-operative Auctioneering Co. are the local agents. UNION CO.'S STEAMERS. The Kalmanawa was scheduled to leave the Central wharf at 3 p.m. to-day for Westport. Now loading sugar at Suva for lAuckland, the Kaitoke is to leave there to-morrow. 'Having left Wellington ou Saturday, the Navua is due here to-morrow from Sonthern ports and will berth at the King's wliarl. For Wellington, Napier, Gisborue, and Auckland, via Dunediu, Oamaru, Tlmarii, and Lyttelton, the Wanaka has been fixed to load at Bluff at the cud of the present week. Returning from her weekly trip to East Coast ports, the Arahura arrived yesterday afternoon and berthed at the Central wharf. She la timed to leave again at 8 p.m. to-morrow for Tokomaru Say, Gisborne, and Napier. The chartered steamer Trewyn left Newcastle on Friday afternoon for Nauru Island to load phosphates for Auckland. Bad weather has delayed the Tremeadow lat Lyttelton, and she was not expected to leave there for Auckland until noon to-day. At this port she will complete discharge of lier cargo of phosphates from Nauru. SULPHUR FROM SICILY. The Dalglelsh Steam Shipping Co.'s steamer Glentworth (5077 tons), Captain T. White, arrived at Auckland this afternoon to the agency of Messrs. Russell and Somers, and berthed at the Kings wharf to complete discharge of her cargo of sulphur from Sicily. ' On her present voyage the Glentworth took a cargo of coal from Bristol to Genoa, and proceeded from tlie latter port to Sicily, where she loaded 8200 tons of sulphur. She left the island on August 8, and arrived at Metbourne on October ft, where she landed 3500 tons. Thence the vessel went to Lyttelton, and discharged 1300 tons before coming on to Auckland to put out the remainder. The Qlentworth proceeds hence to Newcastle to hunker prior lo loading In Australia for Home. The Glentworth is a stranger to Auckland, having been built in 1020 by Hawthorne. NGAKCTA WITH FRUIT. An arrival at Auckland yesterday afternoon was the Union Co.'s Island steamer Ngakuta. -with a large quantity of copra and fruit from the Cook Group. The vessel left Auckland on September 23. and reached Karotonga six days later. Thence she proceeded to Atiu, Mauke, Raiatea and Papeete, tine weather being met with throughout. On the return trip she touched at Raiatea, Mauke, Atiu and Attutaki. taking her final departure for Auckland on October 10. The weather cuiitinued fine until Saturday night, when a northwesterly gale was encountered, the conditions continuing rough until arrival, when the steamer berthed al the western side of the King's wharf. It was oricinallv intended that the Ngakuta be docked on Wednesday for cleaning and painting, but she is now scheduled to sail on that date without docking fur the Cook Islaiuls.
