The Mayor and Councillors of th( Borough of Newmarket hereby give notice in pursuance of Section 0, of the Loca Bodies Loans Act, 1813: — 1. That the purpose for which the Loai is required is the acquisition of i portion of Allotment 1 of Sectiot 3, Suburbs of Auckland, being th< triangular area of land situated a the corner of Khyber Pass and Part Roads, for the purposes of a Reservt and to effect certain improveeinnts thereto. 2.
