A PLEASANT VISIT. LORD BURNHAM'S TRIBUTE. (Received 10.30 a.m.) CAPETOWN, October 17. At a dinner given him on the eve of his departure for England, Lord Burnham said that the visit of the Parliamentary delegates will go down as the finest precedent in Parliamentary history. It was wonderful that the youngest of all Dominion Parliaments should have done this thing in a spirit of gracious consideration which it was utterly impossible for other Dominions to ever outdo. — (Reuter.
