The object and purport of the proposed By-law are:— 1. To provide for the application for Electric Supply and the terms upon which the same shall be granted. 2. To provide for the method of connecting consumers with the Board's supply and for the inspection and testing of consumers* prcro.iscs. 3. To provide for the charges to be madt' for electricity, the persons to be liable for the payment thereof, and for the testing of the Board's meters. 4. To provide for tne recovery of the cost and mcklng good any injury to the Board's plant from any person causing the same. 5. To provide for the voltage of enpply and the method of wiring consumers' premises.
