A SUCCESSFUL OPENING. In spite of the very adverse weather the Devonport Bowling Club held their openin" ceremony to-day, and the event passed off with unexpected success. In welcoming tho visitors, the president, Mr. J. p WrSeht thanked them for turning up in the face of such a disagreeable day.
