ASSAULTS ON EVEREST.
ANOTHER IN 1926 (Received 4 p.m.) LONDON, October 17. At a meeting of the Geographical Society, Lord Konaldshay announced that the Everest committee intended to apply immediately to the Tibetan Government, through the Government of India, for permission to make another attempt on Everest in 19215. — (Reuter).
