PRUSSIA WANTS TO SETTLE.
DEALINGS WITH EX-KAISER. LONDON, September 11. Prussia is seeking a final, financial settlement with, the former Kaiser, says the Berlin correspondent of the London "Daily Mail." It is disclosed that the State bought the former Kaiser's Berlin property, to-enable-him to buy a mansion at Doom, and paid him £1,600,000 to May, 1920, and subsequently nearly £5000 a year.
