LINES CUT BT WIRE. j MEN LET GO ROPES. BRUSSELS, September 15. A motor car was conveying an inflated Jballoon to its starting place -when the . telegraph" wires severed the ropes. The hslloon rose with M. Dumotier, the famous aeronaut, and his assistant clinging to the rope. " M. Dumotier soon released his hold on the rope and fell. He died from bis injuries. - .-".', -The assistant was carried up 1000 ft into the air. He then fell, and was also killed.— ("Sun.")
