FIRE AT TE KUITI.
_ (From Onr Own Ce,rrespnndent.i TE KUITI, Friday. A fire which occurred at 11 o'clock last night resulted in the total destruction of a five-roomed residence situated in Mangarino Road, owned and occupied by Mr. John H. Trinnear. The brigade arrived in quick time, but owing to tne ' altitude, the water pressure wa3 inI sufficient to check the names which soon j enveloped the building. The building j and furniture are believed to have been 1 ,n3ured. Mr. Trinnear is at present | under treatment in the Waikata | Hospital.
