NON-PAYING SHOPS. OFFER FROM THE UNIONS. (By Telegraph.—FreM Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The hearing of the application for a \ Dominion award in the engineering trade i was continued at the Arbitration Court J to-day. Mr. Booth, of Booth, Mac Donald | and Co., cross-examined, said that dump- | ■ ing from America had noi been so bad , 'of" recent years, but it had happened ! that Americans had not cut prices.
