LOST BY FOUR VOTES. i THE DIVISION LIST. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Tuesday. , After over eight sitting days, tho Addross-in-Reply was to-night disposed of in the House of Representatives. Mr. Witford's amendment was put at 10.55, and was defeated by 37 votes to 33. The Address-in-Reply was then carried on the voices.
