ALL-NIGHT SITTING.
COLLAPSE OP LABOUR WHIP. (Received 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, July 9. .The close of a night-long sitting of the House of Commons, extending to six in tie morning, in order to complete the committee stage of the Finance Bill, was marked by the sensational collapse of Mr. Thomas Kennedy (Kirkcaldy), one of tie Government Whips, while the House was dividing. He was removed to the hospital, and is still unconscious.— (A. and N_£ Cable.)
