RIMU'S PROLONGED TRIP.
ELEVEN DAYS AT HOKIANGA. After a delay of eleven days at Hokianga, the Northern Company's steamer Rimu, which has been weatherbound there since June 21, left for Onehunga at 9 a.m. to-day, and should arrive there early to-morrow morning. The delay has been caused by persistent westerly winds, which have rendered the bar continuously unworkable since Saturday week. No vessels crossed there I after the arrival of the Rimu on June ' 21 until the same steamer sailed this I morning. This prolonged delay has meant considerable inconvenience to people atl Hokianga, and also at Raglan and Kawhia, who are dependent upon the steamer services maintained by the Rimu. No trip has been made to Raglan and Kawhia for almost three weeks, but it is intended to dispatch the Rimu from Onehunga at 3 p.m. to-morrow for both portß. Accordingly, the Rimu's departure on her next trip to Hokianga has been postponed until Monday, duly 7, and Raglan and Kawhia will again be I deprived of the weekly steamer service incst 'Monday. .____
