A SCHOOL TEACHER'S DEATH. (By Telegraph.—i're«s Association.* PALMERSTON X., this day. At the inquest concerning the death 'of Ernest Sluart Mcßean (34), school I teacher, Palmerston North, who disapI peared on April 27, and whose body was discovered on Thursday last in the Manawatu River near Foxton, a verdict of "found drowned - ' was returned. EviI dence was given that -Mcßean bad suffered from shell-shock owing to war ; service, but no evidence was shown of i motive for entering the river.
