ALLEGED MONEY THEFT.
NEW TRIAL ORDERED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, Friday. The hearing of several charges of misappropriation of moneys against Cyril Lewis Wilson, late managing director of Wilson's Motor Supplies, Ltd., was concluded in the Supreme Court this afternoon. The jury disagreed, and a new trial was ordered.
