■ OTAGO STILL INTERESTED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, this day. J. C. Begg, secretary of the astronomical branch of the Otago Institute, stated .his morning that it would be a disaster if tbe failure of Auckland tests should be taken as support of argument not to establish an observatory at a suitable place in New Zealand. Otago might consider taking action independently of Yale.
