THE EULIUS CASE. I VERDICT OF GUILTY. "LOOK OUT' CHARGE WITHDRAWN. (By Telegraph—Press Assoclatlon.l CHRISTCHURCH, Friday. The Eulius case was concluded at the Supreme Court to-day. Counsel addressed the jury, and his Honour summed up. The jury retired at 1.25 p.m., and returned at 4.10 p.m., with a verdico of guilty on all counts against the accused, Walter Medley Hulston, William Williamson, William Percy Capes, and Charles Ho.pwood Capes. Sentence was deferred till Wednesday. The third charge against the above accused and James Golding, in connection with what is known as the "Look Out" case, was withdrawn. Mr. A. T. Donnelly, Crown Prosecutor, said that all the accused in the case, with the exception of Golding, had been found guilty in either the "All Smoke" or '•Eulius" cases, and C. H. Capes has been convicted in both cases. Only Golding bad been left, and on the evidence in the "Look Out" case the Crown could not hope for a conviction against him. Golding was a stupid and innocent tool, and it seemed useless to incur further expense. His Honour agreed that it would have been difficult to find Golding guilty.
