The objects of the said By-laws are as follows :— (1) To extend nnd amend By-law No. 50 of the By-laws of the said Board. (2)To repeal Paragraph 12 of such By-law No. 50. (3) To regulate the speed of traffic on ; the roads In the Tamaki- West Road District and providing against reckless, negligent and dangerous driving. (4) Regulating the sneed of heavy traffic on the said roads and providing for the maximum load of any heavy traffic. <3) Providing that all heavy trsiffic shall cease on all of the said roads during the whole of the months of May, June. July. August, and September, except upon special provisions as to ' maximum lond and as to driving only upon the metalled portion of any metalled road.
