'Che Up and Down Rotorua Expresses will make stops previously made by Thames Expresses between Auckland and Morrinsville. The usual 10.5 a.m. Down Rotorua Express will leave Auckland 0.12 a.m., Hamlton 1.10 ' p.m., arriving Rotorua 5.29 p.m., taking passengers for Cambridge. Thames and Waihi Branches also. Public notice is hereby given (ln pursuance of Section 3 of the Rond Boards Amendment Act, 1921-2) that the Tamaki West Road Board on the 28th day of February. 1924, did make and enact By-laws, the oblect of which is to increase from 45ft to 60ft tbe necessary frontage to a public road of areas for building sites. And further that such By-laws shall come into force on the Ist day of June, 1924. Dated this 16th day of May, 1924. JOHN WM. CARR. 73 Clerk Tamaki West Road Board. mAMAKI WEST ROAD BOARD. .Public notice is hereby given (in pursuance of Section 3 of the Road Boards Amendment Act. 1921-2) that the Tamaki West Road Board on the 22rid day of November. 1923, did make and enact By-laws with the objects hereinafter mentioned. And further that such By-laws shall corrte into force on tbe Ist day of .Tune. 1924. The objects of the said By-laws are as follows :— (1) To extend nnd amend By-law No. 50 of the By-laws of the said Board. (2)To repeal Paragraph 12 of such By-law No. 50. (3) To regulate the speed of traffic on ; the roads In the Tamaki- West Road District and providing against reckless, negligent and dangerous driving. (4) Regulating the sneed of heavy traffic on the said roads and providing for the maximum load of any heavy traffic. <3) Providing that all heavy trsiffic shall cease on all of the said roads during the whole of the months of May, June. July. August, and September, except upon special provisions as to ' maximum lond and as to driving only upon the metalled portion of any metalled road.
