MISSING CATTLE.
XTJSWIG AGAIN CHARGED. STEERS STOLEX FROM WAIUKU. The disappearance of five steers from a road used for grazing in the vicinity of the farm at Aka Aka, near "Waiuku, in September, 1922, waa responsible for the appearance in the Supreme Court to-day of Clyde Powell Ludwig, -who war earlier in the week found guilty of horse stealing. To-day Ludwig was charged with cattle stealing, or, alternatively, receiving stolen cattle. The case for the Crown was that in October last Ludwig aold one of the stolen steers with some other cattle to a butcher at Otorohanga. This beast waa identified by the owner by its earmark.
