Among the visitors affected by the railway strike are sixty Bible class delegates in conference at Tβ Aroha, who are stranded. Local residents are billeting them until arrangements can be made to dispatch them to their respective homes. Several Auckland visitors are also much inconvenienced. A taxi service is doing brisk business. Mails are being diaI patched by motor.
