Goodenough, about 40 years of age, residing at 11, Cowlishaw Street, was found dead on River Road, Avonsyde. It is not known how death occurred, but it is presumed he was knocked down by a motor car. WELLINGTON, this day. An elderiy man who was found on Saturday lying in an unconscious condition on the footpath in front of- the Home for Aged and Needy has been identified as John Roban, a resident of Onepu Road, a married man. He died in hospital early this morning. _
