■ (By Telegraph.—9iru Correspon'Sent.) HAMILTON, this day. William Arthur McMillan, who was released from; gaol last week'after serving twelve months' imprisonment on a similar char.ere, was charged to-day at the Police Court, before Mr. Young, S.M., with wilful indecent exposure to a waitress at Frankton Junction Station. Accused was described as a pervert, and was ordered to be detained for reformative treatment for a period not exceeding three years. Arthur Myers was sentenced to imprisonment for one month for begging in the main street. It was stated that Myers, upon being refused money by a man he had stopped in the street used obscene language and created a disturbance. On. a charge of breaking the terms of his probationary license Roderick Ryan was ordered to come up for sentence when called upon within twelve months.
