COKE STRIKE ENDING
RESUMPTION ON WEDNESDAY. (Received 11.30 a.m.) • SYDNEY, this day. The prospects of the settlement of the coke strike are good. The executive of the Miners' Federation is now prepared to recommend the resumption of work at all coke works as soon ns a satisfactory arrangement can be made. It is stated that agreement meetings will be held to-morrow with a view to resumption of work on Wednesday.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
