HUNGARY'S REHABILITATION.
RECONSTRUCTION SCHEME. BUDAPEST, April 20. The Hungarian Parliament, after a prolonged session, passed the bills necessary to put into effect the reconstruction scheme of the League of Nations. The President (Count Bethlen) expressed his gratification at the outcome, since he had met with bitter opposition from the Socialists. Count Bethlen. said: "I earnestly hope that the Government's sincere zeal will ! restore full confidence in Hungary on tlic [international markets. The rich nature resources of the country will bring it back to its former prosperity once the Hungarian currency is established.—( A. I and X.Z. Cahle.l
