OUTSTANDING CLAIMS. MOSCOW, March 30. A report on the international situation made to the Congress of Russian Engineers by M. Zinovieff states that Britain has presented to Russia a claim for 10,390,000,000 gold roubles, excluding 3,000,000,000 roubles representing interest on loans since 1915. The report adds that Russia does not intend to make concessions in this connection. She has presented a counterclaim exceeding' Britain's demands. — (Seuter.), -__-_?ii-__^^_^_i_K_h_____;i
