If you want to be happy And quick on your toes Tou must eat your food slowly And breathe through your nose. You must press bark your sooulderl And hold up your hpad. And not close your windows, When going to bed. Yon must never be idle, Or 101 lin your chair. Or shout like a demon, And act like a bear. You must do what is noble And do what is Uinii. It will strengthen your bodjt And tidf your miad.
