BRITISH MINERS' DEMANDS.
LONDON, -March 13. A joint committee of mining employers and the .Miners' Federation again discussed the miners' wages demands. The owners definitely offered to increase the minimum wage to 30 per cent, above the scale and to revise the ratio of procoeds paid in wages and profits, making the proportion So lo 15. A delegate conference of miners to-day will consider the offer.— (Reuter.)
