REICHSTAG DISSOLVED.
A FOUR-PARTY AGREEMENT. •J&HrV. (Received 11 a.m.) " LONDON, March 13. Hcrr Friedrich Ebert has dissolved the Reichstag.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.) The Reichstag is dissolved by agreement of the Chancellor (Dr. Marx) and the four principal parties. The chief parties in the Reichstag at the elections of June, 1920, February, 1921, and November, 1922, were: Socialists 173, Centre party 68, German National People's party 07, and German People's party 06. There are many minor parties, making a total of 459 members. These members were returned -by 28,196,202 people, the total population of Germany being about 60,000,000.
