RETURNS FOR FEBRUARY. LONDON, March in. The Board of Trade returns for February, show that British imports compared with the corresponding month of 1023, increased by £12,814,51'!, exports by £10,417,007, and re-exports by £3,417,441. The principal increases were: Imports: Living animals, £1,4G5,567; food and drink (non-dutiable) £2,410,160, (dutiable), £2,977.067; raw cotton, £3.501.557; raw wool, £1.421,040. Exports: ood and drink, £1.003.101; iron and steel manufactures, £1.2G0,G56; cotton yarns and manufactures, £3.0n5,032." The decrease in imports were grain and Hour, £1,1347,038.—(A. and N.Z.')'
