Although the weather wa« dull all day and occasionally drizzly, Treutham presented a scene of activity until nearly six o'clock, cleaning up the programme so that nothing would be left lor to-morrow out the King's Medal Match. The Lewis gun event was particularly exciting, three teams tying tor second ana third badges. CARTERTON, Thursday. The annual Walrarapa rifle meeting was commenced at I'apawai this afternoon, when the Itidwill Memorial and the service match were fired, both at 300 yds. ,T. F.
