MASTERTON, Thursday, A largely-attended meeting of the Wairarapa section of the Post and Telegraph | Officers' Association, this evening unanimously carried the following resolution: "Now that the finances of the country are again buoyant, and in view of the fact that substantial concessions have., been made to the farming; and commercial community, such as rebates in income tax and land tax, and reductions in postage and telegraph rates, the Wairafapa section of the P. and T.
