Following the explosion of a bomb at the entrance to the Uritish Legation in the early morning without casualties, live dynamite cartridges were found outride "the Kumaiiian Legation, but not with time fuse to them. The Republican Government believes the l>omb was thrown in order to discredit it. M. Papanastassium, who lias just completed his Cabinet, made : i hurried visit to the British Legation and expressed regret at the outrage, which only damaged the marble steps and door.
