SWIMMING.
CON WELSON is as conspicuous in the swimming world as when he is on his daily work as one of the "Force" on point duty. Since 1910/ he has bee n^ amongst the best of local swimmers, i and on about 20 occasions he has been second to Malcolm Champion in championship events. He is an ex-diving champion of the Dominion, and is the present holder of the Kellcrman Cup. -mp —
