AUCKLAND CASES TOR TRIAL. HIGGINS TO APPEAR. The first quarter's Criminal Sessions open at Auckland Supreme Court oa Tuesday, February 5. A number of cases have been set down for trial, including two charges of murder which have been preferred against John Christopher Higgins, of Waikino.
