Mr. F. W. Nicholson, manager fur Xew Zealand of the National Mutual Life Association of Australasia, has received tinfollowing table message from his heart ufliriin Melbourne :— "The 54th annual general meeting of members was hold this week. The now business for the year was very satisfactory. 13,870 policies being issued, assuring jusi on £6.000,000 —an increase of STti.OOO on the previous year's figures. The total income for the year, including preiriums and interest, was £:;.940,3T7 an increase of •£1,'.!17.665. The large sum of £2,310,-"»s:i has been added to the funds which have nmv reached £10.000.000."
