THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL.
The Governor-General, Lord Jellicoe, waa present at the meeting in connection with the Girl Guide movement in the Town Hall Concert Chamber last evening.
His Excellency left this morning for Cambridge, where he will unveil the war memorial. He will later visit Havelock North and Taradale, returning to Auckland on Tuesday, December 18.
