LOST IN LONDON.
Mr. Harold (Hartley, a wealthy American, Who lost all bis luggage five minutes after arriving In London, has given the police a description of the taxicab which carried It away. At Waterloo he engaged a taxicab to drive him to the Piccadilly Hotel, His luggage, including a suit case containing twelve suite, other wearing apparel, and diamond sleeve links, was put on the roof of the taxicab. When he had engaged a eulte of rooma the taxicab had vanished.
