FIRST IN FREE STATE. MR. JOHN McCORMACK. (Received 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, September 7. Tho first Freedom of the City since the constitution of the Free State, was I conferred by the Lord Mayor of Dublin on Mr. John McCormack, the famous I tenor. — (A. and N.Z. Cahle.)
