Operations will .be commenced forthwith, and Newmarket will soon have reared in its ■busiest shopping centre a new ])alati,il of the finest in Xew Zealand. Flanked by attractive shops, the vestibule entrance will lead to inner shops and offices, uiul then the magnilicent au.iitorhim, seating 1400 people. Suniptnus tearooms will bo located on the tirst floor, and a billiard parlour on the top iloor. Tlio company is fortunate in acquiring the freehold of such an important site, which must increase in value as the year* μ-t by and make the company's shares a very sound and profitable investment.
