ARRIVING BY XIAOARA. Due to arrive in Auckland on Monday morning is Mr. James Wignnll, a prominent member of the British Labour party and a member of the House of Commons. In a letter to >fr. W. Nash, national secretary of the New Zealand Labour party, Mr. Wicnall states that he is visiting Australia and Xew Zealand in connection with immigration, he beinir the Labour party's delegate on thp Firitish Overseas Delegation.
